Over the three days of this short introductory course you will learn the key skills which have been developed by the counselling profession to assist people seeking help.
Through tutor input, demonstrations, class discussions and practical exercises with your classmates, you will learn about and develop active listening skills, empathising, the importance of body language, tone of voice and facial expression, and the principles of clear communication.
